This Return and Replacement Policy describes how we handle requests related to return or replacement after  make a purchase from (the “Site”).


Special Terms for Return and Replacement for Event Registration

Event is a special goods item to purchase and refund, as its planning and delivery involve with a long period and sophisticated operation.


Firstly, payment for event registration MUST be made in advance of the event. Once you submit a registration form in written, you are obligated to made the payment before the event. 


If payment is not received before the event, delegates will be asked to make payment upon arrival at the event at the registration desk with a corporate or personal credit card, or simply in cash (RMB or USD only). 


Your fee includes documentation, refreshments and lunch.


Delegate cancellation 

However, you can cancel an event registration according to:

If you cancel your registration (purchase) more than 2 months before the event, there won’t be any charge occurring, and you can ask for a refund on the condition that you have already made the payment for the registration (purchase) . 


Meanwhile, if you cancel your registration more than ONE month before the event, there will be an administration charge of 50% of registration fee.; for cancellations received LESS than one month prior to the event date,  there will be an administration charge of 80% of registration fee; for the event of non attendance, a 100% cancellation fee applies; in these circumstances, you can ask for refund for the rest of registration fee after the deduction of administration charge on the condition that you have already made the payment for the registration (purchase) , or you are obligated to make the pending payment to cover the administration charge. 


All Cancellations MUST be made in written by the order holder or approver and will be acknowledged in written by the LinLead’s producer of that event.


Delegate replacements

Should you be unable to attend, a replacement is always welcomed anytime before the event at no additional charge. Please notify us directly with your booking reference information and name, job title and full contact details for the new delegate.


Alternatively, a credit voucher equivalent to the full amount will be issued for you to attend any LinLead event for up to 18 months.


All Replacements Must be made in written and will be acknowledged in written by the LinLead’s producer of that event.


Force majeure clause

In the event of a terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the event, LinLead reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the fee as a contribution to delegate registration, all location, marketing and central administrative costs.

Terms for Return and Replacement for Other Items

For other items than event, our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 


Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, or we will negotiate for alternative way to return your payment.


Replacement (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at for confirmation, construction in written to proceed with replacement.



To return your product, you should email to us for confirmation, construction and address in written to proceed with shipping.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your payment account manager, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
